About us

Hoguera Lab is a collective space dedicated to the research and development of architectural projects focused on the regeneration of ecosystems through human habitat.

We approach architecture from the concept of regenerative habitat, seeking strategies that integrate humans and their environment in dynamic and sustainable relationships. This includes critically analyzing the disconnect between contemporary cities and the ecosystems that sustain them, proposing a more empathetic and redistributive urbanism.

We develop projects that strengthen ties between communities and nature, such as urban and rural gardens, agroecological explorations, and a workshop-laboratory in Mexico City, where we experiment with biomaterials, alternative technologies, and 3D ceramics that combine innovation and traditional knowledge.

Our work spans diverse scales: territorial planning, housing, bioconstruction, permaculture, furniture, and small-scale design, always integrating multidisciplinary knowledge.
